I use many different therapeutic modalities including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) Therapy, Bowen Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
The most rewarding experience of working as a therapist has always been seeing my clients grow into the amazing people they have always been. It is incredible to see how support, compassion, and kindness can help people flourish and achieve their goals.
